Renovations Abound at Park House Luxury Condominiums in Las Vegas

News / Renovations Abound at Park House Luxury Condominiums in Las Vegas

Two Couples Entertaining in Kitchen

Before the long-awaited grand re-opening of the chic Park House enclave took the local condominium market by storm earlier this year, the community was refreshed with dozens of eye-catching renovations and upgrades. From enhancing the kitchen to luxury baths to smart-home technology, upgrades surprise and delight throughout the community. The new look most certainly is contributing to the brisk pace of sales with 13 residences sold only two and a half months into the offering.

Overall, the interiors underwent a comprehensive design and lifestyle utility review. Even the most minute details were considered during a months-long design process. As part of a complete re-imagining of the residences in 2017, living areas became a central focus of change and enhancement. To complement the enhancements, the homes already boast ceiling heights of 9.5 feet and the two-story lofts reach 20 feet. Stunning, luxury engineered flooring accentuates the two modern, European-inspired open floorplans that give Park House its signature style. Wider, more contemporary premium baseboards were added throughout to upgrade room feel and eye flow within the residences.

Lighting was also a major focal point for the Park House project’s designers, who chose to add the LED lighting, dimmers and artfully located modern statement lighting that features prominently in the new look. The truly design oriented eye will also notice more subtle changes in paint schemes from single colors to luxury sheen two-tone and trim throughout the homes. Which, when complemented by the natural light cascading in through the modern roller-shade window treatments, lends the spaces a light, modern, airy aesthetic.

The real “Wow” factor can be found in the totally re-configured and exceptionally styled kitchen spaces featured in these Park House condos. From serving and food-prep spaces to storage and clean up utility elements, nothing has been overlooked. Upon entering the bright new floorplans, the eye is drawn to luxury finishes usually reserved for custom residences at a much higher price point. A luxury stainless steel KitchenAid appliance package beckons one’s inner chef-foodie with a five-burner gas cooktop and side-by-side refrigerator and wall-mount oven. Upgrades also include custom 2-inch mitered flat edge Quartzite Stone countertops with expansive over-sized stone slabs in a choice of color. All designed to welcome both the entertainer and the entertained.

Designers weren’t finished there. Also added in the recent renovations were oversized, single-basin under mount sinks and dramatic European style faucets. Atop it all, new modern European cabinetry featuring sleek hardware, cleverly functional additional built-in storage and even a handmade, under-counter wine rack. New lighting, including statement pendant lighting, reflects tastefully on a similarly lustrous mosaic glass tile backsplash.

No luxury renovation would be complete without a freshening of the bathroom spaces. Already spa-like in their luxury, Park House baths in both Residence One and Residence Two received upgrades. Five-fixture master bathrooms with private water closets now feature Travertine countertops and modern European cabinetry. But what really re-defines these master bath spaces is the combination of a frameless, walk-in shower finished with contemporary Travertine and tile, and trendy Kohler deep-soaking tubs with Travertine surround. Both a striking and ambitious design shift from earlier Park House bath space designs.

Senior VP of Sales for the property, Brian Krueger, noted recently the renovations are not going un-noticed by owners and prospective buyers. “People are delighted when they see how different, unique and stylish the residences are. It’s all the bells and whistles they were hoping for, but hadn’t yet seen come to market in one community. It’s a signature look that has generated buzz in the real estate community these past few months.”

Still to come in 2018 will be a fully renovated entry lounge for the secured community as well as refreshed pool cabanas and boutique hotel-style upgrades for outdoor furniture, poolside umbrellas and social space seating areas.

Krueger adds, “For our team, having worked in the Las Vegas area for decades, it’s been fun watching people discover a whole new level of boutique condo style they didn’t know existed in this segment of the market.”
